- Using your hands, roll the mixture into small balls about the size of a walnut and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- If desired, roll them in shredded coconut or cocoa powder for added flair.
- Refrigerate the baking sheet for about 30 minutes to firm up the balls.
- Enjoy your peanut butter balls, storing any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
Notes
For nut allergies, substitute peanut butter with sunflower seed butter or almond butter. Feel free to adjust the sweetness with honey or use maple syrup/agave nectar for a vegan option.
