- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

- 1/4 cup mayonnaise (optional)
- 2 tablespoons hot sauce (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the steak by seasoning with Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Let marinate for 5 minutes.
