Description
A delightful cheesecake that combines the sweetness of Snickers bars with the playful crunch of Pink M&M’s, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 1/2 cups of graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 3 (8-ounce) packages of cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 1 cup of chopped Snickers bars (around 6–8 bars)
- 1 cup of Pink M&M’s
- 1 cup of whipped cream for garnishing
- Drizzle of chocolate syrup (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Prepare the crust by mixing the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until it resembles wet sand, then press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- Create the filling by beating the cream cheese until smooth, then adding sugar, vanilla, and eggs one at a time while mixing. Finally, fold in sour cream and chopped Snickers.
- Bake the cheesecake for about 55-60 minutes, until the center is set with a slight jiggle.
- Cool the cheesecake in the oven with the door cracked for about an hour.
- Chill the cheesecake for at least four hours, or overnight.
- Serve topped with whipped cream, Pink M&M’s, and a drizzle of chocolate syrup if desired.
Notes
You can substitute cream cheese with Neufchâtel for a lighter version. Experiment with different candy bars for the filling.
