Description
Oreo Dirt Pie is the perfect recipe for busy days. Quick, easy, and delicious, this treat will be your new go-to dessert.
Ingredients
Scale
- 24 Oreo cookies, crushed (divided in half)
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
- 1 package (3.9 oz) chocolate instant pudding
- 2 cups milk
- Gummy worms for decoration
Instructions
- Start by preheating your oven to 350°F. Just kidding! No baking here! Grab a 9-inch pie plate and set it aside to fill with deliciousness.
- Mix half of the crushed Oreos with melted butter until it’s all combined and crumbly. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of your pie plate to form your crust.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar and mix until fluffy. Then fold in the whipped topping until everything is blended beautifully.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over your Oreo crust, making it smooth and inviting.
- Whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and 2 cups of milk until it thickens. Pour this delicious layer over the cream cheese mixture.
- Sprinkle the rest of the crushed Oreos on top.
- Pop the pie into the refrigerator for at least 240 minutes (or overnight if you can wait that long).
- When you’re ready to serve, top it with gummy worms.
