Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 packages (14 oz each) cocktail smoked sausages (Lil Smokies)
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup ranch seasoning mix (1 packet)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your slow cooker by lightly coating it with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Add brown sugar, butter, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce to the slow cooker.
  3. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning over the mixture, then add pepperoncini peppers and their juice.
  4. Add the cocktail sausages to the slow cooker and stir until fully coated.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours or on high for 1-1.5 hours.
