- ¼ cup panko breadcrumbs
- 3 tablespoons Korean gochujang paste
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, freshly grated
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
- Optional garnishes: sliced green onions, more sesame seeds, cilantro
Instructions
- Prepare Your Mixing Station: Gather all ingredients before starting.
- Create Your Meatball Mixture: Combine ground beef with breadcrumbs, gochujang, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, green onions, egg, and sesame seeds.
- Form Your Meatballs: With slightly wet hands, form mixture into 1½-inch meatballs.
- Cook the Meatballs: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 15-18 minutes.
