  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, freshly grated
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
  • Optional garnishes: sliced green onions, more sesame seeds, cilantro

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Mixing Station: Gather all ingredients before starting.
  2. Create Your Meatball Mixture: Combine ground beef with breadcrumbs, gochujang, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, green onions, egg, and sesame seeds.
