Scale
- 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce (preferably Frank’s)

- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- Warm your chicken and shred it with forks.
- Let cream cheese come to room temperature for easier mixing.
- Toss chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and dressing into a bowl. Stir until well combined.
- Fold in most of your shredded cheese, saving some for topping.
- Scoop the mixture into a baking dish (8×8 inches recommended).
- Sprinkle the reserved cheese on top and bake for about 20-25 minutes until the middle is hot and edges are bubbling.
- Optional: make a spiderweb design on top with ranch or sour cream before serving.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken for the best flavor. The dip can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge before baking. Adjust buffalo sauce to taste for spiciness.
