Description

Delicious and cheesy biscuit bombs filled with gooey mozzarella, perfect for snacks or parties.


Ingredients

  • 1 tube (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (8 count)
  • 8 mozzarella cheese sticks, cut in half
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Separate your biscuit dough into individual pieces and set up your cheese.
  3. Take each biscuit and flatten it gently with your palm or a rolling pin until it’s about 3-4 inches in diameter.
  4. Place a cheese piece in the center of each flattened biscuit.
  5. Fold the edges of the biscuit over the cheese, pinching firmly to seal completely.
  6. Mix the melted butter with minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes (if using).
  7. Dip each sealed biscuit bomb into the garlic butter mixture, then place them on your prepared baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.

Notes

For a healthier option, use reduced-fat cheese and whole wheat biscuit dough.
