- 1 tube (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (8 count)
- 8 mozzarella cheese sticks, cut in half
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Separate your biscuit dough into individual pieces and set up your cheese.
- Take each biscuit and flatten it gently with your palm or a rolling pin until it’s about 3-4 inches in diameter.
- Place a cheese piece in the center of each flattened biscuit.
- Fold the edges of the biscuit over the cheese, pinching firmly to seal completely.
- Mix the melted butter with minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes (if using).
- Dip each sealed biscuit bomb into the garlic butter mixture, then place them on your prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.
Notes
For a healthier option, use reduced-fat cheese and whole wheat biscuit dough.
