Ingredients

  • 2 pounds pizza dough
  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 810 bacon slices, cooked until crispy
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • ½ cup diced red onions
  • ½ cup sliced mushrooms
  • ¼ cup sliced jalapeños (optional)
  • ¼ cup diced green bell peppers

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare your baking sheet.
  2. Combine ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into a large disc about 14 inches in diameter.
  4. Bake the burger patty for 15 minutes.
  5. Roll out the pizza dough to match the size of the burger patty.
  6. Spread pizza sauce over the pre-cooked burger patty and add half of the cheeses and toppings.
  7. Seal the edges and flip the creation to add remaining sauce and cheese on top.
  8. Bake for an additional 25-30 minutes until crust is golden brown.

Notes

Let the giant burger-pizza rest for 10 minutes before slicing to retain juices.
