- 2 pounds pizza dough
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 8–10 bacon slices, cooked until crispy
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- ½ cup diced red onions
- ½ cup sliced mushrooms
- ¼ cup sliced jalapeños (optional)
- ¼ cup diced green bell peppers
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare your baking sheet.
- Combine ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into a large disc about 14 inches in diameter.
- Bake the burger patty for 15 minutes.
- Roll out the pizza dough to match the size of the burger patty.
- Spread pizza sauce over the pre-cooked burger patty and add half of the cheeses and toppings.
- Seal the edges and flip the creation to add remaining sauce and cheese on top.
- Bake for an additional 25-30 minutes until crust is golden brown.
Notes
Let the giant burger-pizza rest for 10 minutes before slicing to retain juices.
