- 1 package (16 ounces) refrigerated biscuit dough

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, seasoning with salt and pepper, until it’s no longer pink (about 5-7 minutes).
- Mix in the cheddar and Parmesan cheese until gooey and melty.
- Prepare the biscuit dough by separating it into individual biscuits.
- Assemble the bombs by flattening a biscuit, adding 1-2 tablespoons of the meat and cheese mixture, then pinching the dough around the filling.
- Brush the filled biscuits with a mixture of melted butter and minced garlic.
- Bake on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 20-25 minutes until golden and delicious.
Notes
Feel free to substitute ground beef with ground turkey or chicken, or use black beans and cheese for a vegetarian option.
