Description

Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are quick, delicious bites filled with gooey cheese and savory beef, all wrapped in a buttery garlic crust.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 package (16 ounces) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnishing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, seasoning with salt and pepper, until it’s no longer pink (about 5-7 minutes).
  3. Mix in the cheddar and Parmesan cheese until gooey and melty.
  4. Prepare the biscuit dough by separating it into individual biscuits.
  5. Assemble the bombs by flattening a biscuit, adding 1-2 tablespoons of the meat and cheese mixture, then pinching the dough around the filling.
  6. Brush the filled biscuits with a mixture of melted butter and minced garlic.
  7. Bake on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 20-25 minutes until golden and delicious.

Notes

Feel free to substitute ground beef with ground turkey or chicken, or use black beans and cheese for a vegetarian option.
