Description

A no-bake dessert that blends premium vanilla ice cream with chocolate cookies, layered with hot fudge and nuts for a delightful frozen treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 package (about 9) chocolate cookies or thin brownies
  • ⅓ cup hot fudge sauce, slightly warmed
  • ½ cup whipped cream
  • ¼ cup chopped nuts (walnuts, pecans, or almonds)
  • Optional: ¼ cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Prepare your work surface by lining a loaf pan with plastic wrap, leaving overhang for easy removal.
  2. Spread about 1 cup of softened ice cream evenly at the bottom of the lined container.
  3. Arrange a layer of cookies or brownies over the ice cream, overlapping them slightly.
  4. Continue layering ice cream and cookies, drizzling hot fudge between layers for added flavor.
  5. Fold the plastic wrap over the top, pressing gently to seal, and freeze for at least 4 hours.
  6. Unwrap the top, invert onto a serving plate, and quickly decorate with whipped cream and nuts.
  7. Use a knife dipped in hot water to slice and serve.
