- 1 package (about 9) chocolate cookies or thin brownies
- ⅓ cup hot fudge sauce, slightly warmed
- ½ cup whipped cream
- ¼ cup chopped nuts (walnuts, pecans, or almonds)
- Optional: ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Prepare your work surface by lining a loaf pan with plastic wrap, leaving overhang for easy removal.
- Spread about 1 cup of softened ice cream evenly at the bottom of the lined container.
- Arrange a layer of cookies or brownies over the ice cream, overlapping them slightly.
- Continue layering ice cream and cookies, drizzling hot fudge between layers for added flavor.
- Fold the plastic wrap over the top, pressing gently to seal, and freeze for at least 4 hours.
- Unwrap the top, invert onto a serving plate, and quickly decorate with whipped cream and nuts.
- Use a knife dipped in hot water to slice and serve.
Notes
