- 2 lbs ground beef (80/20 preferred)
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1 onion, chopped fine
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup ketchup (plus extra for topping)
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Dump all ingredients in a big bowl and mix well.
- Shape into a loaf and place in a baking dish.
- Smear extra ketchup on top for a glossy finish.
- Bake for about 60 minutes or until a thermometer reads 160°F in the center.
- Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Notes
For best results, don’t pack the meatloaf too tightly and let it rest before slicing.
