  • 1 box (18.3 oz) fudge brownie mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • ⅓ cup vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy removal. Lightly spray with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Combine the brownie mix, eggs, oil, and water in a medium bowl. Stir until just combined—about 50 strokes with a wooden spoon.
  3. Take the cookie dough out of the refrigerator 10 minutes before using to soften. This makes it easier to work with.
  4. Pour the brownie batter into your prepared pan, spreading it evenly. Break the cookie dough into small pieces and distribute them evenly over the brownie batter.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes. The cookie top should be golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center should come out with a few moist crumbs.
