  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 2 medium carrots, julienned
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 3 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp sriracha sauce
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken with soy sauce, cornstarch, and sesame oil in a bowl. Let sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Prepare the noodles according to package instructions, reducing cooking time by 1 minute. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  3. Mix the sauce ingredients in a small bowl until smooth.
  4. Cook the marinated chicken in a hot wok for 2-3 minutes until just cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  5. Stir-fry garlic and ginger for 30 seconds, then add carrots, bell peppers, broccoli, and snap peas, cooking until tender.
  6. Combine the chicken, noodles, and sauce in the wok, tossing for 2-3 minutes until everything is well coated.
