  • 2 eggs, beaten

  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 12 slider buns
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage or coleslaw mix
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • Sliced pickles

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Slice chicken into slider-sized pieces, place in a bowl with buttermilk, cover, and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
  2. Create the Coating: In a shallow dish, mix panko breadcrumbs, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, salt, and pepper.
  3. Bread the Chicken: Dip chicken pieces in beaten eggs, then coat in the breadcrumb mixture. Let set for 5 minutes.
  4. Cook the Chicken: Heat oil and fry chicken for 3-4 minutes per side or air fry at 400°F for 8-10 minutes.
  5. Prepare Bang Bang Sauce: Whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, rice vinegar, and lime juice until smooth.
  6. Assemble the Sliders: Toast buns, spread sauce, layer with chicken, cabbage, green onions, cilantro, and pickles.
