Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: Slice chicken into slider-sized pieces, place in a bowl with buttermilk, cover, and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
- Create the Coating: In a shallow dish, mix panko breadcrumbs, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, salt, and pepper.
- Bread the Chicken: Dip chicken pieces in beaten eggs, then coat in the breadcrumb mixture. Let set for 5 minutes.
- Cook the Chicken: Heat oil and fry chicken for 3-4 minutes per side or air fry at 400°F for 8-10 minutes.
- Prepare Bang Bang Sauce: Whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, rice vinegar, and lime juice until smooth.
- Assemble the Sliders: Toast buns, spread sauce, layer with chicken, cabbage, green onions, cilantro, and pickles.
