  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken: Season your chicken tenderloins with salt and pepper. Pat dry with paper towels.
  2. Create the breading station: In a bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs with garlic powder and paprika. Beat the eggs in a separate bowl.
  3. Coat the chicken: Dip each chicken piece into the beaten eggs, then coat in the panko mixture.
