A quick and delicious meal that combines succulent shrimp and tender steak with vibrant, flavorful noodles. Perfect for busy weeknights or cozy dinners.

- 8 ounces noodles (egg noodles, rice noodles, or whole wheat)
- 1/2 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 pound steak, thinly sliced
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil (for frying)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Boil and drain the noodles according to the package instructions. Rinse under cold water and set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large frying pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add the steak and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add shrimp and cook until opaque, about 2-3 minutes, then remove.
- Pour in mixed vegetables, garlic, and ginger, and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
- Return steak and add cooked noodles along with the sauce. Toss everything until heated through and combined. Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
