An effortless no-knead method for making a stunning loaf of rosemary garlic bread, perfect for busy nights and special occasions.
Ingredients

- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon instant yeast
- 1 1/4 cups warm water (about 110°F)
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh rosemary
- 3–4 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and instant yeast.
- Pour in the warm water and add the minced garlic and chopped rosemary; mix until combined.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the dough rise at room temperature for 12-18 hours.
- Flour your work surface and gently transfer the dough onto it, folding it a couple of times before shaping it into a ball.
- Place the dough on a floured piece of parchment paper, cover with a clean towel, and let it rise for another 1-2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 450°F with a Dutch oven inside for 30 minutes.
- Carefully place the dough in the preheated pot, cover with the lid, and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the lid and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Let the bread cool on a wire rack before slicing.
Notes
Experiment with additional herbs or cheese for extra flavor. Store leftovers wrapped tightly at room temperature.
