A warm, gooey bread filled with creamy Brie and tangy cranberry sauce, perfect for gatherings and comfort food cravings.
Ingredients

- 1 large round loaf of sourdough bread
- 1 wheel of Brie cheese (about 8 ounces)
- 1 cup of cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- 1/4 cup of fresh rosemary (or thyme)
- 3 tablespoons of unsalted butter, melted
- A pinch of salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut a large “X” shape through the top of the sourdough loaf, keeping the bottom intact.
- Place the Brie cheese in the center of the cut bread and spoon the cranberry sauce over it.
- Sprinkle fresh rosemary (or thyme) on top.
- Brush melted butter over the bread and season with salt and pepper.
- Wrap the loaf in aluminum foil and bake for about 20-25 minutes.
- Unwrap and bake for an additional 10 minutes to get a golden crust.
- Let it cool briefly, then serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, add chopped nuts or a touch of honey to the cranberry sauce. This bread is best enjoyed the same day.
