A delicious and easy comfort food dish featuring warm Brie cheese baked inside a crusty bread bowl with prosciutto and a hint of spicy honey.

- 1 round Brie cheese
- 1 bread bowl (sourdough or any crusty bread)
- 1 cup of thinly sliced prosciutto
- 2–3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 tablespoons of hot honey (or regular honey with a dash of red pepper flakes)
- Fresh chopped rosemary (optional, for garnish)
- A pinch of salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the top off your bread bowl, creating a lid, and hollow out the inside.
- Melt butter in a pan over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Place Brie cheese inside the hollowed-out bread bowl and layer with prosciutto.
- Drizzle hot honey over the prosciutto and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Place the bread bowl on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is gooey.
- Garnish with fresh rosemary and serve with dippers.
Notes
Experiment with other soft cheeses like Camembert. Assemble everything in advance for parties, and store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
