- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey (or maple syrup)
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Begin by chopping and shredding your veggies.
- In a large bowl, toss together the shredded chicken, cabbage, carrots, bell pepper, green onions, and cilantro.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, grated ginger, and minced garlic.
- Pour the dressing over your salad and mix gently to combine.
- Sprinkle some sesame seeds on top before serving.
