Description

A comforting family favorite featuring creamy Alfredo sauce, tender chicken, and broccoli, baked to cheesy perfection.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked pasta (penne)
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets (frozen or fresh)
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for sautéing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Blanch the broccoli in boiling water for 3-4 minutes, then drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté the cooked chicken with garlic powder, salt, and pepper for 2-3 minutes.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, sautéed chicken, blanched broccoli, and Alfredo sauce. Mix well.
  5. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Let cool briefly before serving.

Notes

Prep ahead by assembling everything into the baking dish and refrigerating until ready to bake. This dish can be frozen for later use as well.
