Ingredients
🎂 1 box (15.25 oz) vanilla or white cake mix
🥚 2 large eggs
🧈 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
🌈 1/2 cup Christmas sprinkles or red & green M&Ms
🍦 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional, for extra flavor)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine cake mix, melted butter, and eggs. Stir until well mixed.
Fold in the sprinkles or M&Ms.
Scoop dough (about 1 tbsp each) onto the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 9–11 minutes or until edges are set and tops are slightly crackled.
Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
You can use any flavor of cake mix—chocolate, red velvet, or funfetti work great too!
Add white chocolate chips or crushed candy canes for an extra festive twist.
