Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup Havarti cheese, shredded
  • 8 slider buns
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, cranberry sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Split the slider buns in half and lay the bottom halves in a greased baking dish. Spoon the turkey mixture over the buns and top with shredded Havarti cheese. Replace the top halves of the buns.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter and poppy seeds. Brush this mixture over the tops of each slider.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving warm.

Notes

Feel free to add veggies to the turkey mixture for extra nutrition. Leftover cooked chicken works well too!
