A quick and delicious recipe for turkey sliders featuring cranberry sauce and creamy Havarti cheese, perfect for busy weeknights.

- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup Havarti cheese, shredded
- 8 slider buns
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, cranberry sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Split the slider buns in half and lay the bottom halves in a greased baking dish. Spoon the turkey mixture over the buns and top with shredded Havarti cheese. Replace the top halves of the buns.
- In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter and poppy seeds. Brush this mixture over the tops of each slider.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving warm.
Notes
Feel free to add veggies to the turkey mixture for extra nutrition. Leftover cooked chicken works well too!
